If Russia invades Ukraine and Joe Biden chooses to send U.S. troops to die in defense of non-NATO Ukraine, this will be proof #1 for the U.S. military.
If Russia invades Ukraine, Xi Jinping will not be able to pass up the irresistible chance to invade Taiwan.
This will be proof #2 for the U.S. military because Joe Biden is corrupt SPECIFICALLY IN RELATION TO CHINA:
If Biden fails to defend Taiwan, this will be the second proof to the U.S. military.
But I must be fair.
Whether it is deception (is Joe Biden even capable of that in his currently deteriorated mental state?) or not, the POTUS said something which was actually sensible the other day.
To paraphrase, “We will not be able to rescue Americans inside Ukraine if Russia invades because if Americans and Russians start shooting at each other, that is very bad.”
This is the first thing Joe Biden has said during his Presidency which is both true and wise.
Is this some kind of ploy to garner votes?
Like the sudden back-off from the COVID restrictions?
But Justin Trudeau is not backing off.
Because he is a fucking retard.
And the Canadian people are showing more SPIRIT and COURAGE and FORTITUDE than any people in the entire world!!!
Previously, the Dutch had been the avant-garde.
And the Australian truckers were the FIRST to REALLY put the screws to their government by shutting down roads.
Also, don’t count out the French.
They did a similar thing near the Channel Tunnel (Chunnel).
But what the Canadians are doing is of a WHOLE OTHER MAGNITUDE ALTOGETHER!
People are wondering why Americans are not doing anything.
Black people are letting their rights be trampled in New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, and other cities because they think that rocking the boat will prevent those sweet, sweet reparations from coming down the pipe.
UPDATE: all you are getting from the Biden administration and Obama-black Kamala is crack pipes.
These politicians are liars.
They tricked you.
STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS NOW!!!
Where’s BLM???
I love my black brothers and sisters.
I’m not saying you don’t deserve reparations for slavery.
But I am saying this: you ain’t getting shit from the Democrats and the Democratic Party.
AOC is a fucking fake.
Bernie Sanders is a fucking fake.
Barack Obama is a fucking fake.
Joe Biden is WAY MORE RACIST than Donald Trump could ever dream of being.
Speaking of which.
Justin “Blackface” Trudeau has no business calling any of these truckers “racists”.
How many times has Trudeau (likely the illegitimate son of Fidel Castro [is his governing style starting to make sense?]) been photographed in blackface?
Here’s my favorites (in order from best to not quite as good):
#1 FBI Albany
#2 FBI Buffalo
#3 FBI St. Louis
#4 FBI Cleveland
#5 FBI Cincinnati
#6 FBI Pittsburgh
#7 FBI Omaha
#8 FBI Oklahoma City
#9 FBI Philadelphia
#10 FBI Kansas City
Honorable mention: FBI Little Rock
FBI Minneapolis and FBI Newark are also not bad.
What do you notice here?
Here’s what I notice (and suspect).
The “good agents” are sent to the Midwest.
Chicago?
No.
Notice the pattern.
Philadelphia is a pretty good field office.
But Pittsburgh is much better.
Do you get it?
Send the good agents to the middle of nowhere.
Omaha.
Oklahoma City.
Little Rock.
St. Louis.
Detroit?
No.
Milwaukee?
No.
Send them to small towns.
New York City?
No.
Albany?
Yes.
Boston?
No.
Buffalo?
Yes.
The FBI learned their lesson with Ted Gunderson (who almost became Director).
He was the best agent in the history of the Bureau.
Because he had INTEGRITY.
He was in some smaller places.
New Haven. Memphis. Dallas.
And he almost brought the whole house of cards down on the ruling class which wields power through the blackmail of pedophilia.
Ted rose to be the Special Agent in Charge of the Los Angeles field office.
Never again would an agent of such integrity rise so high.
Let’s talk about the worst, most corrupt, useless field offices.
Seattle?
Yes.
They solve art crimes.
What a bunch of poseurs.
Same with FBI Portland.
Totally worthless.
FBI Los Angeles is where you send the corrupt agents.
FBI Phoenix are fighting windmills.
And where do you send the MOST-CORRUPT agents?
Well, FBI Washington (D.C.) Field Office, of course.
They see no evil. Hear no evil. Speak no evil.
And the FBI has come after ordinary Americans RUTHLESSLY for the past year.
Think of all the things FBI Baltimore could have been investigating…
Think of all the things FBI Chicago could have been investigating…
Not every field office went along.
Kudos to FBI Denver.
Think of all the things FBI Detroit could have been investigating…
Think of all the things FBI El Paso could have been investigating…
Think of all the things FBI Los Angeles could have been investigating…
Think of all the things FBI Las Vegas could have been investigating…
In addition to FBI Denver, FBI Miami was not having this bullshit.
Kudos to them and to the memory of these two special agents who lost their lives investigating real crimes.
The FBI’s Most Wanted Twitter account was busy posting photos of grandmas in ugly American flag sweaters. These were a priority for the Most Wanted program. Enough to tweet about it. And pin it. Forget drug kingpins. Gotta find those grandmas that wandered through the Capital and took selfies with Capitol Police.
Think of all the things FBI New Haven (truly a shithole town) could have been investigating…
Think of all the things FBI New Orleans could have been investigating…
Even in crime-riddled San Juan, Puerto Rico, the FBI made #Jan6 their top priority. Even up to three months after the event.
FBI San Diego is actually a decent field office. They do investigate real crimes. And yet, under the pitiable leadership of Christopher Wray, the Bureau continued the same kind of lawless law enforcement that typified the James Comey years.
[The FBI at no time ever had a pinned tweet (for three months) in reference to the George Floyd riots. It should be noted that Mark Milley urged Trump to NOT invoke the Insurrection Act in the summer of 2020 because he characterized the riots in Portland, Minneapolis, and other places as just “penny packet protests” and that it wasn’t an insurrection because they only “used spray paint”. Milley told President Trump that the George Floyd rioters were not “burning it down” (it being America), but Trump was right. We sat back and watched America burn. https://nypost.com/2021/09/17/milley-told-trump-the-george-floyd-protests-were-no-big-deal/ ]
Flashback.
Back to summer 2020.
The chilling effect has created an atmosphere where American truckers can be assured that THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT will come after them mercilessly if they dare stand up and exercise their right to symbolic speech in protest of vaccine mandates, vaccine passports, mask mandates, etc.
Canada still thinks their government will do the right thing when the chips are down.
We will see.
I will say this:
either the RCMP and CSIS greatly underestimated the scope and potential for success of the Freedom Convoy,
or those institutions are far less corrupt than the FBI and CIA.
Why do i say that?
Because there have been no major false-flags or provacateuring inflicted upon the Freedom Convoy AS OF YET.
But Canada is at an impasse.
If Trudeau uses Canadian troops against the peacefully-protesting truckers, it may force the Canadian military to remove Trudeau from power.
If that happens, the American military might be doubly (or trebly) convinced that now is the right time for them to remove Joe Biden from the Presidency.
This would be unprecedented in Canadian and American history.
This would be an unprecedented pair of “coups”.
But it would be most similar to removing the Nazis from power in Germany.
All of these leaders (including Trudeau and Biden) should be tried for war crimes and/or crimes against humanity.
They have been waging war on their own populations.
What good is the Canadian and/or American military if they are not protecting their populations from DOMESTIC ENEMIES?
I cannot speak to the structure in Canada concerning their charter rights, but Joe Biden is unequivocally an enemy of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Joe Biden is allowing the southern border to be invaded (just as Obama before him did).
If there is not a radical change in the balance of power in America (particularly in regards to what role the military plays), there is a very real chance the republic will fall.
Can we wait until the midterms?
Will the elections even be fair?
Has the election apparatus been sufficiently shored up to only allow American CITIZENS to vote ONCE apiece?
Have the vectors of fraud been eliminated?
I am not convinced that they have.
What happened in Virginia with Youngkin and company was hopeful.
But the other question is this:
will Joe Biden and his globalist criminal conspirators even allow the midterms to happen?
Will Bill Gates and company release smallpox in the U.S. (as they have been telegraphing they may)?
Trump is on THE WRONG SIDE of the most important issue plaguing us right now.
Why?
Are we supposed to be assured that Trump is Sun Tzu’s bastard child?
And Trump is some international chess champion?
And he’s gonna swoop in at the last moment and do the right thing?
He and what army?
Our woke joke army of Mark Milley, Lloyd Austin, Michael Gilday, Bishop Garrison, and Richard Torres-Estrada?
That woke joke military???
Milley is absolutely a traitor to the United States of America.
Calling China behind Trump’s back to tell them that he would give them a “heads up” if Trump was going to attack was the definition of treason and espionage.
As Oliver Stone told it, Johnson was integral to the plot against Kennedy.
Here, Johnson is largely a footnote.
Here we enter the politics of history.
The politics of film.
The politics of telling a story.
To decipher, we must know Dalton Trumbo.
Relative to Oliver Stone.
What is most remarkable is that there was a film made which not only rivals the quality and conviction of Stone’s JFK, but perhaps exceeds it.
This is that film.
David Miller, its director, barely has a stub of biography to supplement his rather large filmic oeuvre.
Which is intriguing.
Let’s investigate further.
Miller started out as an editor for an RKO (Radio-Keith-Orpheum) film directed by a Halliburton.
That was 1933.
By 1937, he was directing.
Miller seems to have strictly directed short films for the next four years.
His first feature-length film of note was Billy the Kid in 1941.
By the next year he was directing John Wayne in Flying Tigers.
The war years were lean.
A short propaganda film here and there.
Seven years elapsed.
But Miller was back in the game by 1949…directing Bing Crosby in Top o’ the Morning.
That same year, Miller directed the Marx Brothers in their final feature film: Love Happy.
Future highlights for Miller included the noir film Sudden Fear in 1952 starring Joan Crawford and Jack Palance.
He directed Ginger Rogers in 1954’s Twist of Fate (aka Beautiful Stranger).
By 1956, he was directing Lana Turner and Roger Moore in Diane.
Joan Crawford teamed up with Miller again in 1957 for The Story of Esther Costello.
By 1960, Miller was teaming up with screenwriter Dalton Trumbo.
They had at their disposal Kirk Douglas.
The film was Lonely Are the Brave.
Miller was making a spy thriller by 1968:
the little-known Hammerhead.
The year I was born, 1976, Miller was making his last film (again with Lana Turner): Bittersweet Love.
His penultimate film, Executive Action, is a masterpiece.
Again teamed with Dalton Trumbo.
There is plenty of bitterness to go around for the conspirators of JFK’s murder.
Which brings us to the current state of American politics.
Who is really in control?
Is it Joe Biden?
I don’t not think that anyone would assume Biden is even controlling his own bowels at this point.
Which is sad.
Because he has only been in office a mere 30-some-odd days.
Is the business world running the U.S. government?
It’s possible, but I don’t think so.
As much as they would like to use Biden as their puppet, I do not think we are completely being ruled by corporations at the moment (though their power is considerable).
What about the Democrat Party?
Is it running America?
Nancy Pelosi seems powerful.
But also inept.
Ineffectual.
Impotent.
She and Biden make the perfect pair.
Slurring and stuttering.
Schumer is just a yutz.
But the Biden/Pelosi combo is one for the ages.
My fellow San Antonian, the late Jacques Barzun, might have something to say here re: decadence.
Decay.
Like rotting teeth.
You can give Biden dental implants.
And Hunter too.
You can give Pelosi dentures.
But Joe and Nancy will continue to be an overwhelming embarrassment.
Which brings up Biden’s “80 million votes”.
And Pelosi’s unpopularity within her own party.
AOC’s star will fade, but for now, Sandy Cortez wields far more political capital than the haggard Pelosi.
And it is not hard to see why.
Cortez is an attractive (albeit moronic), young star of American communism.
She promises everything.
She will (of course) deliver nothing.
But hey: that’s the essence of communism.
Pelosi’s day has come and gone.
And it was a LOOOOOONG day.
Pelosi has overstayed her welcome.
Even in the minds of her fellow socialists.
But this is all just theater.
Because Biden, nor Pelosi, nor AOC are in control.
What about Kamala?
Nope.
I don’t think so.
So we must keep searching.
And here we hit gold.
Either the military, the CIA, or the NSA (which is to say, the military) are now in control of the country.
In the case of the CIA, we must remind some readers that this organization started off with military roots.
The OSS.
And for many years, the CIA overthrew communist governments.
That is, until Barack Obama appointed a communist (John Brennan) to head the Agency.
It is not a matter of debate that Brennan voted for Gus Hall in 1976.
“John Brennan on Thursday recalled being asked a standard question for a top security clearance at his early CIA lie detector test: Have you ever worked with or for a group that was dedicated to overthrowing the US?”
At his autopsy, JFK was found to have virtually no adrenal glands whatsoever.
To say this is an advanced stage of Addison’s would be an understatement.
This would have predisposed JFK to:
-anxiety
-depression
-irritability
-poor concentration.
Again, not the traits you want in a President.
And not the sort of thing a Presidential candidate and his brother (Attorney General) should have lied about.
But they did.
None of which is to say that Kennedy deserved to die like a dog.
He didn’t.
But we now come into a realm of questioning and philosophy which involves the existential survival of America.
For the first time in my life, I today regarded Lyman L. Lemnitzer as a potentially-reasonable person.
He of Operation Northwoods infamy.
Why?
Because of the care taken in that document with regard to contrived obituaries, etc.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff, under Kennedy, did indeed present the option of (plot) terror attacks on the American people.
Some of the attacks (options) would have been real.
That is the Lemnitzer I have always detested.
But some of the attacks (options) would have been simulated.
In other words, these men of war would have taken great care in concocting fake deaths…TO PROTECT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
From what?
From Soviet nuclear weapons in Cuba.
So I ask you today: is it possible that this same panel (the JCS) is now in control of the USA?
What about Lloyd Austin?
Are the JCS really reporting to him?
Maybe so.
Maybe not.
And what of the CIA?
Why was Mike Pompeo (West Point) put in charge of the CIA before becoming Secretary of State?
Why did Trump go to CIA headquarters so early in his Presidency?
Was it not reminiscent of his visits to Saudi Arabia, Israel, and the Vatican (respectively)?
If one was to really “drain the swamp”, where would this swamp-drainer start?
And if the CIA can infiltrate the Pentagon (the veracity of which, just prior to 9/11, Dr. Pieczenik has attested to), then can the Pentagon not (silently) reclaim the CIA?
What changes did Pompeo make while he was there?
Is it possible that the CIA is currently in control of the U.S. government?
And that the CIA has been gutted by Trump and Pompeo?
Is it possible that the U.S. military is operating out of Langley (in a script-flip of Langley infiltrating the Pentagon)?
Which then brings us to the NSA and CYBERCOM (which are, for the time being, virtually the same thing).
If any agency could run the country, it would be the NSA.
Why?
Because they would be able to undo corruption.
Piece by piece.
They would know which blackmailed leaders to remove (legally…over time…even if by martial law).
And they would know how to LEVERAGE information for command and control purposes.
For instance.
If Mark Milley (CJCS) was being a cunt (not that he ever would be), the NSA could neutralize him with information.
Perhaps Milley has some unsavory secrets he doesn’t want coming out.
The NSA would have that.
Which is to say, Paul Nakasone could literally be running the entire country all by himself at this point.
Perhaps with help from Keith Alexander.
And Jerry Boykin.
No need for kinetic warfare if the #InvisibleCoup / #SecretCoup / #SilentCoup is run with devastating efficiency and efficacy by Fort Meade.
But just in case, SOCOM/USSOCOM are ready to knock on some doors (if needed).
Joe Biden is being allowed to pretend he is President.
That is my theory.
I very much owe my realization to the writing of Martin Geddes.
What we are seeing is the United States being given a free sample of Chinese communism.
The military is running the country.
We can attack Iran.
And Biden will be blamed.
The military can mess up.
And Biden will be blamed.
And Biden will run the country into the ground on his own.
Yet the military will act as training wheels for this bicycle.
This is where SOCOM/USSOCOM comes in.
This is where Fort Bragg reigns supreme.
PSYOPS.
The American populace must be woken up.
It cannot be done all at once.
The American populace must experience first-hand the failure of socialism.
Which is why Donald Trump’s second term features Joe Biden as President.
There were traitorous elements within our military.
I can only now hope that those elements have left.
But, again: the NSA/CYBERCOM would have all the goods needed to remove corruption from even the top ranks of the military.
All other unified combatant commands would need to rely on kinetic means.
Which brings up a possible coconspirator in preserving and defending the Constitution:
INSCOM.
As we have said, SOCOM would be a muscle held in reserve.
A further buttress may be SPACECOM.
Indeed, it is possible that STRATCOM is not a part of this “invisible coup”.
STRATCOM’s capabilities may be constrained by those of SPACECOM.
Nevertheless, CYBERCOM (again) can control all other human elements.
It would be a sort of blackmail to save America.
If globalists can have a Great Reset, what’s to say the U.S. military couldn’t manufacture a national reset?
I would bet on the U.S. military before I would bet on the World Economic Forum.
And I also bet that the U.S. military now knows that the WEF have committed an act of war in inflicting COVID-19 upon the United States.
WEF, acting as a sort of nationstate, would fall under the category of terrorist organization (biological terror).
Bill Gates has given aid and comfort to this enemy.
Anthony Fauci has given aid and comfort to this enemy.
And all three have worked in concert with a foreign adversary to wreck the economy and morale of the United States.
That foreign adversary is China.
To win this war, it was necessary for Joe Biden to playact.
Except he doesn’t know he’s playacting.
Nor does Nancy Pelosi.
The U.S. military will act at its own pace.
The number one imperative is the good of the country.
Biden cheated and got caught.
The best path forward was to continue to find and weed out corruption.
The U.S. does not want a world war.
China will be dealt with in due time.
But first, the American house must be cleaned.
It is back to a one-room schoolhouse.
We are in session.
The class is political economy.
Joe Biden is teaching us.
What not to do.
The country is experiencing his leadership.
Right after having experienced the free market policies of a truly competent President:
Donald Trump.
The spell must be broken.
The mass media must be exposed.
They lied about Trump for four years.
They lie about everything.
Now they have what they wanted.
Trump’s great defeat.
And a senile incompetent in power.
But they have no plan to help people.
They merely wanted power for the sake of power.
Now that they have it, they don’t know what to do with it.
There is no tit to suck.
This is a crucible for policy.
Free markets work.
Watch the price of eggs.
Socialism/communism does not work.
And to the extent that it does work, it relies on authoritarianism to FORCE people to sacrifice for the greater good.
That is not what America is about.
America is about freedom.
Our dalliance with communism is about to be short-lived.
The U.S. military will dismantle propaganda.
Each domino will fall.
Andrew Cuomo.
Gavin Newsom.
This is a controlled demolition of a condemned building.
The corruption must come down.
But it must come STRAIGHT down.
So as to not harm the people to an undue extent.
Communism lies.
For the greater good.
Capitalism advertises.
It is a subtle differentiation.
Laissez-faire.
Capitalism will win.
Goods must flow freely.
And you know what else must flow freely?
Ideas, motherfucker!
Dalton Trumbo was a communist propagandist.
A good story teller.
But a liar in some key details.
In reality, those who want depopulation (Bill Gates) are communists.
Bill Gates has hitched his wagon to Chinese communism.
America must go a different course.
Freedom.
Liberty.
You CAN take the vaccine (if you want to).
Listen to Donald Trump.
Therapeutics are better.
But he gave you your damn vaccine.
In record time.
Take at your own risk.
It’s experimental.
Trumbo was one of the Hollywood Ten.
Perhaps soon we will be able to list the Pedowood Ten (as Los Angeles has devolved in depravity).
History forgets some of these former (Hollywood Ten) communists.
But some we remember.
Dmytryk.
Ring Lardner Jr.
And Trumbo.
Ayn Rand was an anticommunist.
Good for her.
Not one of the Ten.
Other significant Hollywood personages blacklisted:
-Lillian Hellman
-Paul Robeson
-Richard Wright
Look them up. This wasn’t racial.
Wright was literally a member of the American Communist Party.
Further communist elements:
-Leonard Bernstein
-Aaron Copland
-Dashiell Hammett
-Lena Horne
-Langston Hughes
-Burl Ives
-Alan Lomax
-Joseph Losey
-Burgess Meredith
-Arthur Miller
-Zero Mostel
-Dorothy Parker
-Edward G. Robinson
-Pete Seeger
-Artie Shaw
-Orson Welles
And more communist elements:
-Richard Attenborough
-Harry Belafonte
-Luis Buñuel
-Charlie Chaplin
-Jules Dassin
The lesson?
Being a communist when America is at war (Cold War) with a communist nation is not a good idea.
And guess what?
America is again at war with a communist nation (this time it’s China).
Getting out of stupid wars is a good idea.
Afghanistan and Iraq were/are stupid wars.
Trump did his best to remove troops.
There is no longer any urgent need to have troops in Europe as part of NATO.
The Soviet Union no longer exists.
Russia does not present the same threat to the United States as does China.
Which is to also say: Vietnam was not a stupid war.
It was botched.
It was handled in a daft manner.
The draft gave birth to resentment.
But the threat was real.
And the war had merit.
Whether it retained that merit throughout is a matter of discussion.
Which is to say, JFK was not perfect.
He was made a martyr.
Which tends to overshadow aspects of his makeup which disqualified him for the Presidency (such as Addison’s disease…and lying about having Addison’s disease).
Biden and Pelosi are not focused on the believability of their “victory” and “power”.
By the time they realize what is going in, it will be too late for them.
Does Mr. Schmidt fear something in the United States?
Perhaps the former CEO of Google knows something we do not?
Might it concern impending public corruption trials?
And, just maybe, a reelection of Donald Trump?
Lapland Odyssey premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2010.
That was the same year that Toronto-based company Dominion Voting Systems acquired not only Premier Election Solutions (an American company [Ohio]) from ES&S (Election Systems & Software [Omaha, Nebraska]), but also Sequoia Voting Systems [California] from Smartmatic [U.K.].
PES had only been acquired by ES&S the previous year (2009). Before that, PES was owned by Diebold.
Premier Election Systems was formerly known as Diebold Election Systems.
Before Diebold bought it, it was known as General Election Systems.
Before General Election Systems bought it, it was known as I-Mark Systems.
You get the picture.
Dominion Voting Systems is now owned by American private equity firm Staple Street Capital (which has extremely strong ties to the Carlyle Group [George H.W. Bush’s former benefactor]).
None of this would have been possible without Jussi Vatanen.
Vatanen is our hero.
He is tasked with the impossible.
Find a digital TV receiver (“digibox”) in one night.
After the local electronics store has closed.
This involves a trip to Rovaniemi: the main city of Lapland.
[population 63,032]
Hundred of kilometers to get to Finland’s 17th most populated city.
In Finland, Lapland is not only the northernmost province, but it is also the largest province of the country.
It bears mentioning that there is also a Swedish province called Lapland.
The cleavage of these two Laplands dates to 1809: when Russia annexed the eastern part of Sweden and declared it the Grand Duchy of Finland.
My closest brush with this region was a single musical concert I played years ago in the town of Kiruna (in Swedish Lapland): Sweden’s northernmost town [population 22,906].
It was an experience which profoundly changed me and which stays with me till this day.
Finnish Lapland borders Sweden’s Norrbotten County. At Norrbotten’s northernmost point can be found Kiruna (north of the Arctic Circle).
At the southeast corner of Norrbotten County is Piteå: my favorite town in Sweden.
The town of Piteå sits on the Gulf of Bothnia–just across the water from Finland.
I also played a musical concert in Piteå.
It was, perhaps, the happiest time in my life.
So I can imagine Rovaniemi.
A city just four miles south of the Arctic Circle.
Jussi Vatanen plays the loser who makes good.
Which makes him, in fact, not a loser.
I can intimately relate to that.
I have lost my job (again).
I am addicted to drugs (again).
And I am addicted to alcohol (a first for me).
It is in these days, when I am having the first true experience in my life with alcohol withdrawal, that I come to this film.
It is the perfect film.
It is just exactly the film I needed at this particular time.
Because I, like Janne (Vatanen’s character), am trying my damnedest to get my life together.
Last week, I got engaged.
Actually, REengaged.
I exercise (pacing back and forth in my parents’ garage as my phone records my steps).
I drink less.
I exercise.
I drink less.
Nausea.
Dizziness.
ANXIETY.
And extreme fucking INSOMNIA.
When I was in Kiruna, the sun only went down for four hours.
I didn’t see the Northern Lights.
But you can see them in this film.
And they are glorious.
If it is CGI, then I am losing my touch.
Because I don’t believe it is.
I appears to be the genuine article.
Aurora borealis.
And headaches!
Lots of sunflower seeds.
Big red welts all up and down my arms and torso from nicotine patches.
I can no longer afford my General Snus.
Sure, I have some stashed away…
But my wise old psychologist once told me: “just move one thing at a time”.
alcohol
tobacco
valerian?
Ambien?
Xanax?
I put question marks because I am unsure of the order.
Main goal is STOP DRINKING.
Or, should I say, the FIRST goal.
If I can get an MBA, surely I can stop drinking.
[God willing]
For every hero, there needs to be a doubter.
To provide context.
The hero forges forward (when it would probably be best to just quit).
The hero quits (when it would be much easier to just continue).
The hero is determined.
The hero gives energy and inspiration to those around him.
But the doubter adds richness.
Because it is human to doubt.
Will Donald Trump be reelected President?
We will find out when the Electoral College meets on my birthday to ELECT a new President-Elect.
Till then, Joe Biden is at best the worst kind of poseur.
He is doing exactly what he promised Chris Wallace and the American people he WOULD NOT do: to declare victory before the election is independently certified.
It is getting taken down using methods suspiciously-similar to those used by the CIA in their regime change activities around the world.
Iran, Guatemala, Indonesia, Chile…
You know their work.
But this time it’s different.
Just as the American intelligence community was weaponized by President Barack Obama against Presidential candidate (and President-Elect) Donald Trump, so is the Deep State (chockfull of former CIA officers) now attempting to bring down the United States to save their asses.
Does China have any reason to attempt to totally destroy the United States AT THIS TIME?
No. [but they are a part of (willing accomplice to) the takedown]
Does Russia have any reason to attempt to totally destroy the United States AT THIS TIME?
No.
Is there any intelligence organization in the world capable of orchestrating the total war to which the United States has been subjected over the past three months?
Only China and Russia.
And perhaps Israel.
But Israel has absolutely no reason to attempt to depose their greatest ally (Donald Trump).
Iran does not have the capability or sophistication.
Nor does North Korea.
[and North Korea, even if they had the capability (which they do not), has no reason to run a regime change campaign against the most formidable counterintelligence apparatus in the world AT THIS TIME]
And so that leaves us but one “country”: a country within a country.
The American (Globalist) Deep State.
It is almost synonymous with the CIA.
And the CIA’s methods and signatures are all over the multi-pronged onslaught we have witnessed these past months.
It’s not necessary at this time to point out the biggest players.
Soros? Yes.
The Clintons? Yes.
Obama? Yes.
Bill Gates? Yes.
What is most important is to locate the quarterback.
And that man is (in my opinion) none other than former Director of the CIA John Brennan.
There are other traitors involved.
But let’s outline the structure of what we have endured:
Biological Warfare–Here, China sacrificed one of its own cities [Wuhan] to create plausible deniability that they were in any way waging offensive BIOWAR. As China miraculously shielded the rest of ITS country from COVID-19, they made sure the virus made it (in droves) to the homeland of their arch nemesis: the USA
Economic Warfare–Here, the Deep State (with a giddy China looking on) watched as the U.S. economy ground to a halt because of COVID-19. Record unemployment. All economic activity ceased. The greatest economy on Earth was ruined (for the time being). Each U.S. citizen received a pittance of $1,200 which has not been enough to really sustain anyone.
Psychological Warfare–The masses of Americans were told to stay home. They were cooped up in their houses for two months. They had nothing to do. No place to go. Underlying depressions and anxieties were exponentially amplified. The populace grew frustrated. Most of all, the PANIC was conveyed daily by news organizations with heavy connections to the CIA and Democratic Party. This propaganda terrorized the populace into being afraid to leave their homes–being afraid even to breathe.
Divide and Conquer–Whether the death of George Floyd was a real or synthetic (staged) event, the news coverage would have been the same. In terms of planning, it is likely that the event never took place at all. But for the sake of argument, let’s assume for a moment that a man named George Floyd actually did die as a result of an incompetent and cruel police officer. Magically, the big bogeyman (COVID-19) WAS COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN. All of a sudden, the pent-up rage and frustration and poverty (see #3 and #2) were activated. This is the “match in a tinderbox” scenario. After two months of wall-to-wall coverage of the coronavirus (which ostensibly killed 100,000 Americans by Memorial Day), ALL OF A SUDDEN…THE LIFE OF ONE MAN (george floyd) has become more important than the lives of the 100,000 coronavirus victims (assuming that death toll is accurate [which it is not…it is grossly-inflated]).
So what we have here is a VERY SOPHISTICATED campaign designed to remove Donald Trump from the Presidency. Worst case scenario (for the Deep State), it is supposed to prevent him from being reelected.
It is also a last-ditch effort to save the asses of those Deep State members whose treason has been pinpointed and for whom justice may not be far off:
-Loretta Lynch
-Sally Yates
-John Brennan*
-James Clapper
-James Comey
-Andrew McCabe
-Bruce Ohr
-James Baker [FBI]
-Peter Strzok
-Lisa Page
-Rod Rosenstein
-Susan Rice
It is my guess that these will be the first pawns to fall.
John Brennan is very important.
More than a pawn (in some ways).
But still a pawn.
How deep will this go?
Barack Obama?
Hillary Clinton?
Bill Gates?
George Soros?
So much depends on each move in this chess game.
Which brings us to Boogie Nights.
There’s a riot goin’ on.
Each of us has a gift.
Heather Graham is great here.
Mark Wahlberg does a really nice job.
We get the Corvette.
Symbol of summer.
Porn with “plots”.
An admirable pursuit.
Burt Reynolds is really phenomenal in this film.
But like Lovelace, this tale of sexual freedom gets darker and darker as it goes along.
You got the touch.
Feel, feel, feel, feel my heat.
Darker and darker.
But very real.
There is a great realism to certain scenes here.
Paul Thomas Anderson really does an amazing job with this one.
Even the usually-vapid Julianne Moore has some actual moments of artful acting herein.
They’re taking her children away.
Black people can like country music.
Definitely a bit of Tarantino in the donut shop scene.
But Anderson is a far superior director to QT.
QT is very talented, but very overrated.
Lots of hype…very little timeless filmmaking.
Anderson is a much more solid auteur.
There is something of Aronofsky here too.
Funny thing is, Anderson got there first.
But Requiem for a Dream goes MUCH DEEPER into drug darkness.
And yet, Anderson paints a portrait of a period of time.
So vividly.
And the colors are washed out.
The soul-eating burn of cocaine is depicted as it really is: torrid.
Desperate.
Exciting.
Elusive.
Utterly destructive.
Psychosis-inducing.
How many more nights will the “divide and conquer” boogie?
Military police.
82nd Airborne.
101st Airborne.
1st Infantry.
10th Mountain Division.
The United States is under attack…mainly from within.
China played a small (though not insignificant) role.
The main culprits are liberal globalists.
4B.
A second wave of coronavirus will hit the U.S.
This will happen as a result of the fake-news media pushing the narrative that one man’s death (george floyd) is more important than 100,000 ostensible fatalities.
The CIA/liberal media is distracting the country from being vigilant about hand washing, social distancing, etc.
And so this is a perfect movie with which to attempt a comeback.
“You can always come back/but you can’t come back all the way”
Bob Dylan said that.
To get her together.
I said that.
NORAD.
It was a rough day.
9/11/01
NEADS thought it was part of an exercise called Vigilant Guardian.
Michael Ruppert (may God rest his soul) documented the litany of war-games which were active on 9/11/01.
And Michael Ruppert wrote about this in a tome which should serve in some ways as a sort of bible for those wishing to know the truth about 9/11: Crossing the Rubicon: The Decline of the American Empire at the End of the Age of Oil.
Ruppert was wrong about some things.
“Peak oil”, for instance.
Perhaps my understanding is hopelessly daft, but it seems that hydraulic fracturing (“fracking”) changed the geopolitical world immensely.
Just a few years ago, rather intelligent folks like Leonardo Maugeri (to name a typical example) were bemoaning the hydrocarbon “cliff” off of which we were about to leap.
Alas…
That has not been the case.
Maugeri’s book The Age of Oil: The Mythology, History, and Future of the World’s Most Controversial Resource is wildly, spectacularly wrong.
Which also means that Dick Cheney and all those arch conspirators* were also wildly, spectacularly wrong about the importance of the Caspian Basin.
Let me put it to you this way: if you really believe 19 blokes with box cutters brought the U.S. military machine to its knees, then I can’t help you.
As for me and my house (so to speak), we do not believe the box cutter theory.
And so we come to the DoD and fictional characters such as Stephen Falken.
And Albert Wohlstetter (not forgetting his ever-so-important-to-the-neocons wife Roberta).
And Steve Pieczenik.
So much has happened.
And so much is at a precipice.
“The Far East Strategy”.
Pshaw.
Tic-tac-toe.
It is my firm belief that 9/11 was some sort of engineered* conspiracy which involved boxcutters and Muslims in only the most tangential of ways.
But you will have to learn that parallel history.
If in fact you are interested.
And I shall show my enlightened, nonpartisan wisdom by recommending Trump-hater Webster Tarpley’s 9/11 Synthetic Terror: Made in USA above all other books on the subject.
Indeed, I look forward to hopefully adding another Trump-hater (Wayne Madsen) book to my collection soon…one which discusses to what extent and in exactly what ways Saudi Arabia and Israel were involved in the 9/11 false-flag/stand-down.
Which brings us back to Pieczenik.
And the Wohlstetters.
But let us at least attempt to make passing reference to the film under consideration.
If you’ve never seen this movie from the beginning (a cold start), I highly recommend adding such footage to your filmic knowledge.
The silos.
Minot?
Somewhere.
The Great Plains.
Nuclear missiles.
Humans in the loop.
Physical keys.
Launch orders.
Wisdom.
As humans are removed, MAD (what, me worry?) becomes even more unequivocally assured.
You might remember WHOPPER’s (WOPR) cousin [Siemens System 4004] from Willy Wonka…
It is somehow fitting that WarGames should make a Burger King allusion in 1983.
Indeed, this was the period of the very real (and ridiculous) “burger wars“.
But let’s get on with it…
Matthew Broderick plays basically the Bill Gates of this famous picture:
I must say…this film deeply affected me as a kid.
Perhaps it was due to the wonderfully effervescent (what is she, a sparkling wine?!?) Ally Sheedy.
Sure… There are a couple of moments of unbearable melodrama to make this movie slightly imperfect, but a kid doesn’t notice such things.
And so as a youth, I ate this film up.
Broderick and Sheedy as “partners in crime” (somewhat literally…).
It would be like some high school kid hacking into the USAF’s Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) to play a “game”.
Is this real world or exercise?
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
Which brings us back to the ubiquitous Baudrillard.
And, if you can bear it, Debord.
Simulation.
Spectacle.
Fake.
Radar inserts.
Etc.
GLOBAL THERMONUCLEAR WAR.
Big Gulp.
[g’uh?]
But let’s change tacks for a second.
TALENT SPOTTING.
Back in the Cold War days.
David Lightman would have been a prime target for recruitment by a foreign intelligence service (or so this film claims).
However, I would point out a plane which the passing analysis seems to miss: industrious brilliance.
Disruptive innovation.
Recording the analog [?) signal of the infirmary door with a psychiatrist’s micro-tape recorder.
Removing the tap from a pay phone and using a pull tab to hotwire a call back home (in lieu of a quarter).
These are the assets of operators.
Whether CIA or early FBI, appreciation for unconventional skill sets has been a hallmark of organizations engaged in successful growth.
Put differently, David Lightman would have made a pretty great spook.
Indeed, his skill set might have been best utilized by the NSA (no such agency).
Back in the day.
Before the world changed.
On 9/11.
The average citizen had no idea about the National Security Agency back in the Bobby Ray Inman days (1977-1981).
par exemple…
Research.
Know your enemy.
Half the battle.
Mirror’s other half.
It’s not impossible.
To make a matrix.
Collation.
Big data.
Must be organized.
Delphic databases.
Few films capture this.
This anxiety of being ushered into an FBI van.
Picked up on the street.
Fresh out of the 7-11.
A unique take on “talent spotting”.
Almost an accidental spy.
Like the DIA buffoons seen here:
These films are real.
And offer us hope.
About unconventional paths.
Former DIA head Gen. Flynn has an appreciation for this.
“…you magnificent bastard, I read your book!”
[or some of it]
Enter the jaded Richard Dawkins character.
Really a rather laborious (and dead-on) archetype.
The “science worshipper”.
Obsessed with mass extinction.
Really, Dr. Falken is very much a J. Robert Oppenheimer character.
Which is appropriate, seeing as how the subject under consideration is Global Thermonuclear War.
WarGames is a genuinely moving, inspired film.
But it stumbles in a few places.
Not least, at the end.
Both of them 🙂
Yes, like the slew of “disaster movies” (such as Deep Impact) which glutted picture houses at the end of the last century, WarGames hones in on a maudlin tessitura which is made ineffective by repeated use.
In plain English, this film has two endings.
And they are identical.
Thus, anticlimax.
And the aforementioned melodrama.
Yet for all its imperfections, WarGames is a masterpiece of sorts.
This one just barely makes the cut as “’80s comedy”.
Narrowly avoids “Big Bush”.
But certainly “Notre Musique”.
The Blues Brothers is one of my childhood favorites.
And I was craving this film.
I tried to locate it on DVD (to no avail).
And so tonight I broke down and splurged on iTunes’ exorbitant à-la-carte business model.
I was willing to pay the premium.
Because I’m sick.
No way around it.
But let me update you as to my progress.
HUGE progress.
Weeks ago (a month?) I cut my sleeping medicine in half (the dosage).
It was hard.
Really hard.
I was disoriented.
Headaches.
But largely just slow as fuck.
I felt like I had a crayon lodged in my brain 🙂
Yes, my body and brain had gotten used to a certain dosage over the past 2 years.
Eventually I returned to some normalcy.
I got used to the new dose.
Half-as-much as previous.
It was time.
My graduate studies had long been over.
And my wonderful psychologist (whom I am so lucky to have) challenged me to break my addictions.
Understand, I didn’t conceive of my dependencies upon prescription drugs as “addictions”.
But I think it is helpful that my paradigm has shifted.
Yes, I was addicted to a sleeping medicine.
Because I took it every fucking night.
And eventually it called to me…to take it earlier than bedtime.
Ugh…horrible.
A few short weeks ago (two?) I made a psychologist-approved adjustment to the dosage of another of my medicines.
This one is for anxiety.
I reduced my dependence from three pills to two.
This was an achievement.
And a tribulation.
VERY FUCKING DIFFICULT.
Again I had that same confusion.
That same disoriented stupor.
Strangely, this detox was a little different.
The whiplash effect (“rebound anxiety”) hit me a full two weeks later.
There was a delayed effect.
The first days were headaches and stuff.
No prob.
I thought I had it beat.
Like nicotine.
Rough, but possible.
So when the delayed effect hit, it really sucked.
But I got through it.
I trudged on.
I got back on the horse.
And now these past few days have brought a return to the sleeping medicine.
But not, you understand, a regression.
No.
Rather, a full stop.
It’s been three days.
And now I am totally off my sleeping meds.
The first night was really rough.
It sucked.
Anxious “sleep”.
Inability GOING to sleep.
But I stuck it out.
Each night has gotten better.
But the DAYS…
Ugh…
Aches, pains, headaches, stomach…trips to the restroom.
Bad stuff.
And that same disorientation.
It is a really strange feeling.
Very unsettling.
But it is an accomplishment.
And so tonight I made it through a movie.
I didn’t have the brain-power to review a film with subtitles.
No art films this time around.
But The Blues Brothers was just what I needed.
Something comforting.
This really is a masterpiece of sorts.
John Landis turned in an excellent effort here.
The costars John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd were magnificent.
And the cameos just keep on coming 🙂
The blues.
Yeah.
I’ve had the blues.
Not depression, so much, but another kind of blues (lately).
Like climbing up a hill.
Like Sisyphus.
When I get to the top (and get used to a new, lower dosage of medicines), my feet are pulled from under me again (as I start on a new challenge).
I am learning (slowly) to deal with my anxiety in natural ways (rather than with drugs).
Suffice it to say that this is VERY FUCKING HARD (for me).
In some respects, I am already back to an engagement with the world which I haven’t had in seven years.
Indeed, I have rolled my medicines back (under psychological supervision) to a level I last “mastered” seven years ago.
That is SOME FUCKING ACCOMPLISHMENT! 🙂
Just a few short months ago (this dog-day summer), I was in the pits of debilitating anxiety.
My cousin died of a heart attack on July 5th.
That sent me into a tailspin.
Not too long afterwards, I myself was on heart medicine.
My dear cousin perished at age 43.
I’m 40.
It scared the fucking shit out of me.
So here we are 🙂
I hope to start a new job soon. (Yay!)
I am scared to death.
Scared I can’t handle it.
But I WANT to do it.
I WANT to handle it.
I WANT the challenge.
I had a great job interview the other day.
First time any company had bothered to listen to me in forever.
AND I WAS OFFERED A JOB! 🙂
I am just waiting on my background check to be completed.
As I have no criminal record (and no credit…neither good nor bad), I don’t see how a fair company could preclude my employment.
But life offers no promises.
I speak my mind.
A bit too freely, perhaps.
And I am not anonymous.
Sometimes I wish I were.
But I am flying out in the fucking wind.
I am not a secret.
My pen name is strictly that.
I am not hiding behind it.
It was my stage name.
I earned it.
I toured the world as Pauly Deathwish.
And so it seemed only natural that my film critic persona take the baton from my musician self.
Indeed.
Music.
I have been making it again.
Playing open mics.
Trying to get my drug-addled brain to MEMORIZE songs.
[ugh…]
Was never my strong suit.
But I’ve gotten (more or less) a couple of tunes under my belt.
And being a middle-aged geezer, I don’t feel too bad showing up with a music stand and some extra lyrics for songs which I haven’t quite set to memory yet.
Music.
Music is what’s at issue here.
The Blues Brothers.
A beautiful film.
I have lived this film.
I have fucking lived these roads.
I’ve played just about every possible analogous shithole to Bob’s Country Bunker.
Believe me.
I have been in the disgruntled band 🙂
As close to chicken wire as imaginable…
Which drags me back to topic.
This is a really fucking good film.
And I am cursing like a sailor.
For my conservative, proper readers, I do apologize.
It is a defect in my personality.
I feel it necessary that I curse.
Otherwise, I don’t feel I am getting my point across.
Because what I am expressing is a very pithy matter.
Life.
The grunge and grit of life.
Every word is in lieu of weeping.
Experiences so pungent as to suck all fight out of a person.
That is what I have lived.
And it is that to which I bear witness.
I am not thinking real clearly, but I am thinking (and writing) a lot clearer than I was a month ago.
I am on the good drugs now 🙂
Tylenol, Advil…
I have been fighting through multiple addictions.
Things which I didn’t see as addictions.
And life is coming back into focus.
And THAT IS TERRIFYING…
But also EXHILARATING!!!
But mostly terrifying 🙂
So here we are.
A movie.
On a mission from God.
Sinners.
Redeemed.
Walking with the Lord.
I ask, here, that God grant me mercy.
I’m just as fucked up as anyone.
But I ask for the grace of Jesus.
And I ask for strength to do the right things.
To help people.
To not be afraid.
I am living through the spiritual battle.
May God protect me.
Yes.
I have seen the light.
And I weep. Jesus wept.
Too.
I’ve been through so much shit.
And I feel like maybe I am finally emerging from the “dead mall” of limbo.
Like Jake and Elwood crashing out of the JCPenney in 1980 🙂
I want to exist in that flophouse minute.
Buttered toast on a coat-hanger over a hotplate.
And a 78 rpm Decca blues record spins and the elevated lines churn by endlessly.
I want to live in that moment.
Brings us back to the Danish concept of hygge [coziness].
John Landis nails it in the scene where Jake is drinking Night Train wine and Elwood is making toast.
Very close to what Roberto Benigni would do 17 years later in the Schopenhauer scene of La vita è bella.
Those scenes from films…
Those scenes in which we want to live.
They never get old.
They never cease to comfort.
That somewhere in this fucked-up world is a little closet we can call home.
Barely big enough to open the door.
Just a bed.
Basically.
But it’s our little space.
Carrie Fisher tries all manner of destruction in this film 🙂
Even a flame thrower!
But Jake and Elwood keep getting up.
Just some rubble.
Just keep dusting off those black suits.
“Maybe CIA”, says Aretha Franklin (like the key to Dylan’s Tarantula).
Keep climbing from ‘neath those bricks.
Gotta make it seem real.
Maybe use real bricks.
Better to be the first man up.
Let’s get this in one take.
Hit on the head too many times with a brick…
Because there are private pressings on vinyl of American acts that went no further than their local Holiday Inn.
It is almost a fabled purgatory.
Red-shag.
Very Charlottesville with the car and the cartoonish Nazis.
But I just wanna hear me some more John Lee Hooker.
Electrify.
My evenings.
I got the blues.
Days of Delta slide…feathery as an aeolian harp.
And nights of thin, wild mercury.
Just like in the movies…
Get a record contract backstage.
You could wait your whole life.
Carrie Fisher goes full-automatic.
And most of this film takes place in the hellhole of Chicago (but nearly 40 years ago).
Hey…I’m not much for car chases, but this film does something real special with the device.
Exhilarating. x2
That’s where they have that Picasso, right?
And perhaps it will be notable that Spielberg is the Cook County Tax Assessor clerk?
I set out for San Antone and I never felt so good.
“”
It might seem like a light watch (and in many ways it is), but Talladega Nights… captures something essential.
Will Ferrell distinguishes himself here as something of an auteur.
Sure, it’s really just an extended George W. Bush impersonation transposed onto the milieu of NASCAR, but there is quite a remarkable naïveté here from Ferrell.
It is kayfabe all the way to Alabama.
Ferrell never gives away the game.
Did Will Ferrell despise George W. Bush?
Did Will Ferrell secretly love George W. Bush?
Was Will Ferrell completely apolitical at this time?
It doesn’t matter.
What we see in his role as Ricky Bobby is pure.
There is something of Andy Kaufman in his performance.
Ferrell plays this role as if in a trance.
And this makes this film truly remarkable.
Sure, there are a ton of one-liners throughout.
The one-liners hook you in.
You see a bit on TV. You hear a quote by the water cooler.
But when you finally sit down to view the whole film, you are greeted by a very complete work of art.
And, it must be said: the brilliance of this film hinges as much on Sacha Baron Cohen as it does on Ferrell.
The two play off one-another.
Don’t be fooled: Cohen’s turn as the Perrier-sponsored NASCAR driver Jean Girard is not a gratuitous cameo.
There is real drama here.
Real tension.
But most of all, it is one of those rare times when two comedic geniuses face off and create a sum greater than the parts.
Indeed, this may be Cohen’s best film role aside from the timeless Borat…
Cohen’s Girard comes off as a rather insipid, tongue-in-cheek Bond villain.
Think Hugo Drax.
Moonraker.
All caricature.
But it works.
Because Cohen mixes in an equal part Serge Gainsbourg.
For my money, there are few things funnier than seeing a NASCAR driver reading Camus’ L’Étranger WHILE DRIVING!!! 🙂
And there are so many of these moments.
Many of them are lowbrow.
Redneck.
But this film is classic.
This is truly a slice of Americana.
And, at the same time, it is a good story about overcoming anxiety.
Amy Adams plays a very important, mostly-understated role as Ricky Bobby’s assistant.
Her impassioned monologue in The Unfriendly Possum (before she climbs up on the table and makes out with Ferrell) is truly a bit of acting brilliance.
She channels something.
Can you buy that?
Can you just pay an actress to be that good??
No.
Not necessarily.
Adams adds a depth which this film dearly needed.
Cohen added a bizarre twist which perfectly seasoned the whole concoction.
